金属波纹管有哪些特点?

  金属波纹管作为一种柔性耐压管件,安装在液体输送系统中,补偿管道或机器设备连接端相互位移,吸收振动能量,起到减振降噪的作用。具有柔性好、重量轻、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、耐高低温等特点。

  计算的关键是应力分析,即分析波纹管壁上的应力,只要波纹管壁上的最大应力点不超过材料的屈服强度,波纹管压力就不会达到其抗压强度。同一波纹管在外部压力作用下的稳定性优于在内部压力作用下的稳定性。

  因此,外部压力下的最大压力容限要高于内部压力下的最大压力容限。当波纹管两端固定时,如果向空腔内施加足够的压力,波纹管可能会在波峰处爆破而损坏。当波纹管内部压力值称为爆破压力时,波纹管开始出现。爆破压力是表征波纹管最大抗压强度的参数。波纹管在整个工作过程中,工作压力远远小于爆破压力,否则波纹管会断裂损坏。当波纹长度小于或等于外径时,计算结果接近实际爆破压力。细长波纹管的实际爆破压力要低得多。爆破压力约为允许工作压力的3~10倍。

During the whole working process, the working pressure of bellows is far less than the blasting pressure, otherwise the bellows will break and damage. When the ripple length is less than or equal to the outer diameter, the calculated results are close to the actual blasting pressure. The actual blasting pressure of slender bellows is much lower. The blasting pressure is about 3 to 10 times of the allowable working pressure.
