HDPE穿插内衬技术在供水管道修复中的应用!

以洛阳市解放路DN400供水管道修复工程为例,介绍了HDPE衬砌技术在供水管道修复中的应用。管道的成功修复为城市道路下管道修复提供了一条新的途径,拓展了非开挖管道修复技术的应用领域,积累了一定的施工经验。

洛阳市西宗解放路是洛阳市南北走向的城市二级干道,地下埋有DN400供水管道。这条输水管道是城市“西水东送”的主要输水管道,是沿线用水单位的双回路之一,发挥着更为重要的作用。这条管道是沿公路东侧铺设的。由于老化,近年来频繁发生爆管事故。另外,解放路道路狭窄,交通流量大,养护困难。近年来,用户对水安全的要求越来越高,供水企业的服务水平也需要不断提高。为此,洛阳水集团决定对该管道进行全面修复,以恢复该管道的运行效率。
Xizongjiefang road in Luoyang city is the second-class urban trunk road in the north-south direction of Luoyang City, with dn400 water supply pipeline buried underground. This water pipeline is the main water pipeline of "water from the west to the East" in the city. It is one of the double circuits of the key water users along the line and plays a more important role. The pipeline is laid along the east side of the road. Due to aging, tube explosion accidents have occurred frequently in recent years. In addition, Jiefang Road has narrow roads, large traffic flow and difficult maintenance. In recent years, users have higher and higher requirements for water security, and the service level of water supply enterprises also needs to be improved. Therefore, Luoyang water group decided to repair the pipeline in an all-round way to restore the operation efficiency of the pipeline.
2. 修理方案选择

传统的管道修复技术通常是对旧供水管道进行挖掘修复或拆除旧管道后重新铺设新管道。这种传统的方法不仅时间长,费用高(尤其是市政补偿),而且随着城市交通的日益拥挤,或者管道被建筑物压住,甚至无法挖掘,也会变得不经济。随着技术的不断发展,非开挖HDPE管道贯通修复技术的应用已经非常成熟。新HDPE管直径略小于或等于旧管拉在“U”型管通过一个特定的设备,然后恢复变形管连接到原始管道内壁的水压力的作用,高温水或高压蒸汽。该方法操作简便,修复后的管道运行可靠性高。因此,通过将传统修复技术与HDPE管道穿插修复技术进行对比,选择非开挖管道实施HDPE管道穿插修复方案,对处于悬浮状态的560米以上管道进行修复。
The traditional pipe repair technology is usually to excavate and repair the old water supply pipe or to remove the old pipe and then lay the new pipe. This traditional method not only has a long time and high cost (especially municipal compensation), but also becomes uneconomical as the urban traffic becomes more and more crowded, or the pipeline is pressed by the building, or even cannot be excavated. With the continuous development of technology, the application of trenchless HDPE pipeline through repair technology has been very mature. The diameter of the new HDPE pipe is slightly less than or equal to that of the old pipe pulled on the "U" type pipe through a specific device, and then the effect of the water pressure of the deformed pipe connected to the inner wall of the original pipe, high temperature water or high pressure steam, is restored. The method is easy to operate and the pipeline after repair has high reliability. Therefore, by comparing the traditional repair technology with the HDPE pipeline interpenetration repair technology, the Trenchless Pipeline is selected to implement the HDPE pipeline interpenetration repair scheme, and the pipeline above 560m in suspension state is repaired.

含有2%至2.5%均匀分布的炭黑的聚乙烯管道可以储存在户外或使用50年而不受紫外线辐射。

HDPE管道具有光滑的内表面和附着力,比传统管道具有更高的输送能力,减少了管道的压力损失和耗水量。HDPE管在加工过程中不添加重金属盐稳定剂,无毒,卫生性能好。
HDPE pipeline has smooth inner surface and adhesion, which has higher transportation capacity than traditional pipeline, and reduces the pressure loss and water consumption of pipeline.
