高密度聚乙烯PE管的发展应用!

PE管在建筑设计理论和施工技术上有了很大的发展和完善,并积累了丰富的实践经验,促使PE管在给排水管道工程的施工中占有非常重要的地位,并形成了不可阻挡的发展趋势。在我国,塑料管材较多的给水管道主要有pvc-u进水管、pp-r管材、铝塑复合管(PAP)、钢塑复合管(SP)、HDPE管等。HDPE管是近两三年才出现在市场上的,是采用先进的生产技术和工艺,通过热挤压成型,具有耐腐蚀、壁光滑、耐流动、强度高、韧性好、重量轻等特点。

一是HDPE水管的发展

高密度聚乙烯PE管的发展应用
HDPE管道是继pvc-u供水管道之后全球第二大塑料消耗管道。目前,输送气体用的中高密度聚乙烯管道有PE80级和PE100应使用级;PE80和PE100等级的中高密度聚乙烯(hdpe)管通常用于供水管道。供水增长更快的是PE100管道系统,预计在未来五年内将增长10%以上。

HDPE管规格和连接方式
Specification and connection method of HDPE pipe
HDPE管的直径从DN16到DN315有18个等级。压力等级:0.25Mpa ~1.0Mpa,共4级。
There are 18 grades of HDPE pipe diameter from dn16 to dn315. Pressure level: 0.25MPa ~ 1.0MPa, 4 levels in total.
HDPE管将在190℃至n240℃之间熔化。利用这一特性,熔化的管件(或管件)将完全相互接触,并保持适当的压力。冷却后,两者可以牢固地结合在一起。因此,PE管的连接方式不同于u-pvc管。通常采用电热熔连接和热熔对接连接。根据管径的大小可分为:当DN≤63时,采用注射成型热熔套接;当DN≥75时,采用热熔焊对接或电熔焊插座连接;当连接不同的材料时,使用法兰或电线连接。
HDPE pipe will melt between 190 ℃ and N240 ℃. With this feature, the melted fittings (or fittings) will be in full contact with each other and maintain the appropriate pressure. After cooling, the two can be firmly combined. Therefore, the connection mode of PE pipe is different from that of U-PVC pipe. Electric fusion connection and butt fusion connection are usually used. According to the size of pipe diameter, it can be divided into: when DN ≤ 63, injection molding hot melt socket connection is used; when DN ≥ 75, hot melt butt welding or electric fusion welding socket connection is used; when connecting different materials, flange or wire connection is used.
三、HDPE的应用领域
3、 Application field of HDPE
HDPE管道主要用于:市政工程供水系统、建筑室内供水系统、室外埋地供水系统、居民区和厂区埋地供水系统、老旧管道维修、水处理工程管道系统、园林、灌溉等工业用水管道。
HDPE pipes are mainly used for municipal engineering water supply system, indoor water supply system of buildings, outdoor buried water supply system, buried water supply system of residential areas and plant areas, old pipeline maintenance, water treatment engineering pipeline system, garden, irrigation and other industrial water pipes.
然而,需要注意的是HDPE管道不能用于热水管道。
However, it should be noted that HDPE pipes cannot be used for hot water pipes.
