PE双壁波纹管扩口不良的情况分析!

  PE双壁波纹管在实际生产过程中,会遇到扩口不良的问题,下面我们将具体分析。

  (1)内层吹破的原因一般有内层空气压力过大;原材料韧性差;内层太薄;外扩口开启较晚或外扩口排气管不通畅;原料中有杂质;材料塑化不良等。
  (1) the causes of inner layer blow out generally include excessive air pressure in inner layer, poor toughness of raw material, too thin inner layer, late opening of outer expansion or unsmooth exhaust pipe of outer expansion, impurities in raw materials, poor plasticization of materials, etc.
  (2)火焰内外层附着不好。如果这种现象在开始时就发生,那么是因为内部空气鼓风启动较晚或相应的截面压力太小;如果它发生在,那是因为内部推力的过早结束或燃烧和排气的过早结束,或因为相应部分的压力太小。如果从头到尾胶合不好,可能是由于原材料的性能或温度的原因。
  (2) the inner and outer layers of the flame do not adhere well. If this happens at the beginning, it is because the internal air blast starts late or the corresponding section pressure is too small; if it happens at the end, it is because the internal thrust ends early or the combustion and exhaust ends early, or the pressure of the corresponding section is too small.   (3)不完全扩口的末端扩口无论怎样调整都不能卡住,原因一般是内部空气冲到一个较早的末端;扩口和排气提前结束。

  (4)前端的内腔有内凸,造成这种现象的原因一般是内腔的空气启动过早;水套的中线与模型模块的中线有偏差(成型机与水套的位置不同);内壁薄;内部真空提前停止。

  (5)火焰端内层堆积,这种现象往往导致火焰进入凹面。原因是扩口端内层过厚。这一段成型机的减速量过大;在前面的章节中有太多的内部推力;内层材料温度太高,毛坯太软。这部分外毛坯太厚了。
  (5) the inner layer of the flame end accumulates, which often causes the flame to enter the concave surface. The reason is that the inner layer of flared end is too thick. The deceleration of this section of molding machine is too large; there is too much internal thrust in the previous chapters; the inner material temperature is too high, and the blank is too soft. This part of the outer blank is too thick.
  6. 外扩的内层末端有凹面,其原因一般是后扩口的波和第二波压力太小;波和第二波的内壁厚度过厚。内部真空度小或内部真空度启动太晚;原材料韧性差。
