高密度聚乙烯PE管的发展应用!

  PE管道在建筑设计理论和施工技术上取得了很大的发展和完善,积累了丰富的实践经验,使PE管道在建筑给排水管道工程中占有非常重要的地位,形成了不可阻挡的发展趋势。我国给水管道中使用的塑料管道较多,主要有pvc-u管、pp-r管、铝塑复合管(PAP)、钢塑复合管(SP)、HDPE管等。HDPE管材是近两年或三年来出现在市场上的,是采用先进的生产技术和工艺,通过热挤压成型,具有耐腐蚀、内壁光滑、流阻低、强度高、韧性好、重量轻等特点。

  二世。HDPE管道规格和连接方式
  II. HDPE Pipeline Specification and Connection Mode
  HDPE管径从DN16到DN315,共18级。压力等级从0.25Mpa到1.0Mpa,有4个等级。
  The diameter of HDPE is 18 grades from DN16 to DN315. The pressure level ranges from 0.25 Mpa to 1.0 Mpa, with four levels.
  HDPE管将融化190°c的温度与n240°c。使用这个特性,管道的两个融化的部分(或拟合)将完全在适当的压力,联系和维护两部分冷却后将坚定地集成。因此,PE管的连接方式不同于u-pvc管。一般采用电热熔接和热熔对接。根据管径大小可分为:当DN≤63时,采用注入式热熔插座连接;DN≥75时,采用热熔对接连接或电焊插座连接;用不同材料连接时,用法兰或螺纹扣连接。
  HDPE tube will melt at 190 C and N240 C. Using this feature, the two melting parts (or fitting) of the pipeline will be firmly integrated after cooling under appropriate pressure, connection and maintenance. Therefore, the connection mode of PE pipe is different from that of U-PVC pipe. Electric-thermal fusion and hot-melt butt are generally used. According to the size of pipe diameter, it can be divided into: when DN < 63, injection hot-melt socket connection is used; when DN < 75, hot-melt butt connection or electric welding socket connection is used; when connecting with different materials, flange or threaded button connection is used.
  第三,HDPE的应用领域

  HDPE管道主要用于市政工程供水系统、建筑室内供水系统、室外埋地供水系统、住宅及工厂埋地供水系统、老管道维修、水处理工程管道系统、园林、灌溉等工业水管领域。
  HDPE pipeline is mainly used in municipal engineering water supply system, building indoor water supply system, outdoor buried water supply system, residential and factory buried water supply system, old pipeline maintenance, water treatment engineering pipeline system, garden, irrigation and other industrial water pipe fields.
  但是,应该注意,HDPE管道不应该用于热水管道。
  However, it should be noted that HDPE pipes should not be used in hot water pipes.
